Responsibilities- Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
- Be the solution: handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction
- Work with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of using the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
- A humble and hospitable demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)

- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Competitive pay from $15.00 per hour (up to 17.05 per hour) plus cash incentives
