The Project Accountant will report directly to the Finance Director, US. This position is based in our Waukesha, WI office and operates on a hybrid schedule.

• Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, and costs in Pro Core and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead bi‑weekly Project Financial Review meetings with Project Managers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to project performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to review project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project accounting records.
• Provide financial support and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures as appropriate to work being undertaken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is required; with a solid understanding of accounting concepts and rules and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a project accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project accounting principles and practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Pro Core (project management software) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with ERP Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations

The Salary range for this position is $62,350.00-$77,950.00. The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
