The below job description outlines the responsibilities for the Junior Advisory role.

Minimum Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or the wealth management Industry
  • Experience using a CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Life & Health Insurance License, working toward Series 65 licenses
  • Intermediate or higher level knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new technologies including utilization of AI where appropriate
Position Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings
  • Utilize websites and software to obtain and update client and product information
  • Manage calendar(s) of advisor or advisors
  • Establish and maintain detailed client files obtaining client statements when necessary
  • Prepare client correspondence, including letters and email correspondence
  • Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate
  • Assist in client meetings
Salary

$50,000 – $75,000 – Based on Experience
