Area Sales Manager

Overview

I help passionate entrepreneurs live financially free. Our company assists families nationwide with Life Insurance, Retirement Solutions, and Financial Services Solutions to protect their futures. This role focuses on Living Benefit Life Insurance, a product line you can offer clients without requiring the client to die to collect. We partner with over 25 industry-leading carriers to provide a broad portfolio of products.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  Utilize our platform to target qualified candidates and focus time on client interactions.
• Client Consultation:
  Conduct needs assessments to understand financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
• Sales Presentation:
  Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research:
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively.
• Sales Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of activities and progress; prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

100% commission-based with incentives and no caps. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
