This is a full-time independent contractor-based role located in Waukesha, WI, for a Sales - New Home Construction professional. The role entails guiding home buyers through every step of the new home construction sales process, from initial consultation to completed contract. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, explaining design and building options, and facilitating meetings, pricing, and contracts.

Additionally, this role involves training clients and staying informed about the latest home construction trends to provide exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
