In this role, you will lead marketing and outreach efforts, build strong community partnerships, and help expand access to our services.
** What You’ll Do
** As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals
* Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers
* Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
* Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets
* Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team
* Representing Preceptor in the community to build awareness and trust
* Monitoring the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts
* Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes
* Assisting patients and families with accessing community resources when needed
** What We’re Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
* Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
* Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources
* Professional, flexible, and results-driven approach
* Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
