* products and services, overcome objections, schedule in-home appointments for our Design team, all while earning

Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
* Location*:
Report daily to our Waukesha, WI office and travel in a company vehicle to assigned neighborhoods

* Key Responsibilities
** Report daily to the Waukesha office and participate in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
* Prospect leads by cold-knocking at residential properties
* Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in residential neighborhoods
* Engage homeowners in conversations about their windows and doors
* Deliver clear, engaging product information and interactive presentations
* Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
* Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
* Qualifications
* * Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
* Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (5-8 miles per day)
* Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required
