Experienced Asphalt Roller Operator for the upcoming 2025 season. The operator will safely and efficiently run a variety of paving equipment, including but not limited to asphalt rollers.

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating asphalt rollers.
• CDL desired but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Capability to work in variable weather and dirty, dusty environments.
• Union membership or willingness to become a union member; HR will assist if needed.
