Position Overview:

We are seeking a Concrete Foreman and Crew Leader to support our expanding concrete services division. In this role, you will supervise and support the crew both in the shop and on-site at customer locations. You will work on various pavement maintenance projects across our territory, requiring proficiency in all our service offerings, and serve as a liaison between the crew and management.

Job Summary:

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians operate specialized equipment to apply materials on pavement surfaces, maximizing asset value for our clients. As a Foreman and Crew Lead, you will support our crews and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and results to our customers
• Support team growth and development
• Supervise crew both in-shop and on-site
• Serve as a liaison between crew and management
• Assist in developing our concrete services
• Operate state-of-the-art equipment for various pavement services
• Plan and manage project workflows using advanced software
• Communicate daily project status to the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a supportive attitude
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to excellence
• Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus
• Engineering or math background is advantageous
