We are hiring Apprentice Painters who want to learn, work hard, and build a long‑term career in commercial painting.

• Follow directions from the Production Manager and Crew Lead.
• Work on interior and exterior commercial painting projects (warehouses, offices, industrial spaces, etc.).
• Perform prep work, masking, cutting, rolling, and spraying.
• Help with cleaning and maintaining spray pumps and tools.
• Assist with jobsite cleanup and organization.
• Work some nights and weekends when required to complete a job.

• Willingness to work hard, learn, and improve every day.
• Ability to learn from mistakes and take coaching well.
• Clean, neat, and organized work habits.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• able to communicate clearly and confirm you understand instructions.
• Comfortable with ladder work and working at heights.
• Ability to learn to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts safely up to 60’+.
• Honest, reliable, and looking to grow with the company.
• Clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s license.
• If you have experience with vinyl wall covering, spraying drywall, or other specialty coatings, that’s a major plus.

• Full‑time, W‑2 Employment
• Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on previous experience and skill level.
• Paid weekly.
• 12 days of paid time off each year (7 major holidays + 5 personal days).
