Concrete Foreman

Concrete Foreman – Zenith Tech Inc. (Walbec Group)

We’re looking for a Concrete Foreman responsible for accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work, as well as the management and safety of the personnel on his/her crew and the safety of the public. The role includes operating power equipment, using machinery as needed, and performing other duties as assigned under the direction of the Superintendent or other management.

• Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work.
• Management and safety of crew personnel and public.
• Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery.
• Perform duties assigned by the Superintendent or management.

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• CDL desired but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to tolerate variable weather and dirty/dusty environments.
• Punctual, dependable, and willing to travel to any job site.
• Member of a local trade union or willing to become a union member.

Zenith Tech Inc. is primarily located in southeastern Wisconsin. Project locations may vary; reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to any job site is required. A company vehicle will be provided. Potential projects include Fond Du Lac, WI and Green Bay, WI.
