Conduct preventive maintenance tasks & repairs on basic facility systems and document tasks through the computerized maintenance system;
Assist in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and perform repairs as directed;
Support the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision;
Maintain preventive maintenance records & equipment repair files for compliance;
Read blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals.
