We are growing and looking for HVAC Service Technicians who thrive on solving problems, working hands-on, and delivering real results for customers. This is not just a repair role. Responsibilities of the Job:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and safety compliance
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Repair or replace electrical and mechanical components as needed
- Perform plumbing-related HVAC tasks including pipe fitting, drainage, and water connections
- Use diagnostic tools (including electrical testing equipment) to identify and resolve issues
- Assist with system upgrades, modifications, and equipment improvements
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
- Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate solutions clearly
- Work independently while collaborating with dispatch and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and boilers
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system layouts
- Experience with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems
- Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred or strong preference to obtain
