HVAC Installer

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems
• Install ductwork including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction
• Interpret job specifications, layouts, and installation requirements
• Ensure all systems are installed to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Install and connect electrical components related to HVAC systems
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers when needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial)
• Journeyman or Lead experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret basic plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license
• Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when needed
• Strong time management and reliability
