- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and workflows for Asset Ally
- Build reliable, maintainable software supporting municipal asset management, field data collection, and reporting
- Translate client needs into practical technical solutions and troubleshoot complex application issues
- Develop and maintain databases, improve workflows, and automate processes
- Design and implement data ingestion and automation tools for analysts
- Collaborate across teams on product improvement and client success
- Participate in technical planning, testing, release coordination, and support
- Stay current with web development, cloud infrastructure, and GIS best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated ability
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks and APIs
- Experience with Esri technologies such as ArcGIS Pro, Online, or Enterprise is a plus, but is not required
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, SQL/No
SQL databases, REST APIs, and Python scripting preferred - Understanding of GIS data structures, spatial analysis, and municipal infrastructure workflows is preferred
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code and troubleshoot full-stack issues
- Self-directed, organized, and an effective communicator capable of working across technical and non-technical teams
Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications and workflows, with a strong focus on asset management and data automation. Demonstrates expertise in modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks, GIS technologies, and effective communication across teams.
