Accounts Payable Clerk

• Employee Type Full Time - Hourly

Support Finance Department with accounts payable, and other general accounting processes as assigned.

• Monitor shared payables inbox, file purchase orders, receivers & invoices for matching/verification process
• Three-way match of vendor invoices; posting invoices into SAP
• A/P payment matching and filing
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Back-up to Accounts Payable Analyst for new vendor set-up
• Reviewing and approving expense reports through T&E system
• Review of freight invoices; coordination with freight auditor
• Assist Finance Department as required with month-end & projects
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency and cost-saving programs!

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree in Accounting or related field, or previous related experience.
• Experience:
  
  Two to Five years of relevant work experience
• Skills & Key Attributes:
  Excellent communication skills;
  Strong computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Office & Accounting Systems.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to sit or stand at a desk for up to 8 hours.
