Description

Title: CAD/CAM Technician

Location: Waunakee, WI

Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday); 07:00AM - 04:00PM with slight variation available to start and end times

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated CAD/CAM Technician to join our team and play a key role in producing high‑quality dental restorations using the latest CAD/CAM tools and scanning technology!

What You’ll Do
  • Operate multiple 3D scanners to digitize dental models for CAD/CAM workflows
  • Review prescriptions and case materials with accuracy to ensure proper digital and physical workflow
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital files for CAD/CAM design and production
  • Inspect models for defects and collaborate with the model room to resolve issues
  • Communicate with fellow technicians and team members regarding case needs, digital questions, or workflow issues
  • Maintain equipment and workstations
    , including scanners, CAD/CAM tools, and lab instruments
  • Follow production schedules and meet case deadlines to support overall lab efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and elevate unclear cases to ensure high‑quality outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and processes
  • Assist with other duties and projects as needed in a fast‑paced, team‑based lab environment
Requirements What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred:

  • CAD/CAM work experience and/or formal training in school
  • Dental or healthcare background a plus!

Physical Requirements

  • Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motion — including grasping, pinching, and fine manipulation
