Physician – MD/DO – Family Medicine
SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Waunakee, WI is seeking a family medicine physician to join a busy group practice.
Responsibilities:
- Outpatient FM Call as part of a large call group
- Call frequency is 7-10 weekday calls/year and 1-2 weekends/year
- Call is phone call coverage only
- Collaborative Team
- Existing and New Patient Panel Available
- Medium sized clinic location with specialties in orthopedics, sports medicine, sleep medicine, podiatry, eye services, physical therapy, diabetes education and nutrition
