Position:
Full-time Monday-Friday

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
• Design engaging lesson plans using The Goddard School’s play-based curriculum The Wonder of Learning
• Foster social-emotional development through positive guidance and empathetic modeling
• Collaborate with families to support each child’s learning journey and maintain open communication
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
• Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in professional development and school events

Candidates must meet one or more of the following:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
• Active enrollment in a CDA program with relevant experience
• Prior experience in childcare or early education
