, you will guide new product development from concept through launch, shaping the next generation of high‑performance energy recovery ventilation equipment.

What You’ll Do- Lead cross‑functional project teams and keep development efforts on schedule.
- Translate product plans and specs into clear timelines and deliverables.
- Make design decisions that drive safety, quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
- Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, test plans, and specifications.
- Conduct and analyze technical testing; ensure product certifiability and performance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external suppliers to maintain project momentum.
- Estimate project costs and support accounting with accurate project charge data.
- Facilitate project gate reviews with leadership and communicate progress across teams.
- Support continuous improvement projects, manufacturing engineering, and technical problem‑solving.
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic engineering environment.

- Energy recovery wheel experience a plus
- Solid Works proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong grasp of engineering/design principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Project
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen
