Job Description:
Engineering Project Manager
The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and manage capital projects from concept to completion, encompassing design, budgeting, funding approval, project scheduling, construction completion, equipment installation, start‑up commissioning, validation, and documentation. This role focuses on CDMO and specialty products.
Responsibilities- Manage capital projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Oversee the design and budgeting of projects.
- Obtain necessary funding approvals.
- Schedule projects effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ensure successful completion of construction and equipment installation.
- Commission and validate equipment and processes.
- Document all phases of the project comprehensively.
- Proficiency in project management and project engineering.
- Strong mechanical engineering skills.
- Experience in change order management.
- Expertise in project coordination and equipment installation.
- Ability to design, qualify, and manage process equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of capital project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience taking a project from concept to launch.
- 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharma, medical, biotech, chemical, food).
Permanent position based out of Waunakee, WI.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $ – $ per year.
