Starting Pay: $17–$19/hr (based on experience) Raise Opportunity:
Up to $0.50/hr increase after 90 days, based on performance.

You’ll make a real difference by helping clients with daily activities like:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mobility support and transportation
• Helping clients feel safe, respected, and cared for in their own homes

• A compassionate heart and dependable nature
• A valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle
• The ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• High school diploma or GED preferred
