Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to ensure efficient and accurate shipment of our products to customers.

• Verify order accuracy and prepare correct products and quantities for shipment.
• Package products securely, considering fragility and size.
• Generate and affix shipping labels, ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms.
• Communicate with internal teams (production and customer service) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus.
• Preferred experience in shipping and logistics.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight] pounds.
