We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to ensure efficient and accurate shipment of our products to customers.
Responsibilities- Verify order accuracy and prepare correct products and quantities for shipment.
- Package products securely, considering fragility and size.
- Generate and affix shipping labels, ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs forms.
- Communicate with internal teams (production and customer service) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus.
- Preferred experience in shipping and logistics.
- Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight] pounds.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance is a plus.
