We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team at Graber Manufacturing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise, making adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Proficient in the use of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welding machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to welding.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
The majority of work will be performed in a manufacturing facility with noise levels typical to that environment.
