Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this dynamic position, you will:
- Supervise treatments and lead patient assessments to ensure exceptional care.
- Tailor care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated support.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their recovery goals.
- Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid RN license as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Preferably, one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
