Salary: $39.82 - $49.48/hr

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will:
- Supervise patient care and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Lead patient assessments and tailor individualized care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support their recovery.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate the victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A valid RN license as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
