- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)
- Customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations experience
- Energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts and peak hours
- Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift
- Uphold and model food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards
- Delegate responsibilities effectively
- Own open, mid, or close routines and set the next shift up for success

- Meet physical requirements: standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 lbs, routine restaurant tasks
- Obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
