Shift Manager – Carr Family McDonald’s Restaurants

As a Shift Manager at Carr Family McDonald’s, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operations. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coach and train crew members, helping them grow their skills.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure high service and food quality standards.
- Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency.
- Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, able to coach and motivate a team.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and upholding brand standards.
