Shift Manager – Carr Family McDonald’s Restaurants

As a Shift Manager at Carr Family McDonald’s, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operations. • Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Coach and train crew members, helping them grow their skills.

• Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency.

• Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred).
