- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and crew members, cultivating a supportive, high-performance culture.

3. Operational & Financial Performance
- Own restaurant success by managing profitability, cost controls, and business strategy.

- Develop and manage budgets, labor schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency.

- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.

- Lead the restaurant through continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
4. Community & Brand Leadership
- Support local schools, organizations, and charities, making an impact beyond the restaurant doors.

- Be a McDonald’s brand ambassador, representing Carr Family values in everything you do.
