Job Summary
* A Window & Door Install Foreman is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site under the guidance of the Install Project Manager and Production Manager. A foreman will perform installations with support from a Window & Door Install Assistant.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfaction
* Provide flawless first time window and door installation in accordance with installation procedures.
* Daily review of scope of work and materials to ensure proper installation.
* Make necessary decisions about work site set up, workflow and proper installation techniques.
* Address installation concerns with the Field Technician or Production Manager.
* Provide direction, training, coaching and mentoring to an Installer and/or a Helper.
* Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills.
* Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while at work, on the job site and in company vehicles.
