- Safely operate a ready‑mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites.
- Complete required pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Work with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and professional truck.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite responsibilities.
- Represent Advanced Concrete with professionalism and a customer‑first attitude.
- Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted).
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- A safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable, hardworking, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ready‑mix experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Ability to lift 75lbs
