Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
• Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and conveyor systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Assist with facility upkeep and repairs throughout the plant
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Help improve equipment performance and recommend upgrades
• Complete maintenance records and PM documentation
• Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed
• Source and order replacement parts and supplies

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience with PLCs, welding, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, or machining is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant conditions
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Trade school training or maintenance certifications preferred
