Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a growing beverage manufacturing partner in Waunakee. If you are an organized warehouse professional who takes pride in accurate inventory and smooth logistics, this role is a great fit. You will play a key part in the warehouse team by receiving inbound goods, managing inventory flow, and ensuring materials are exactly where they need to be to support production.

• $21 per hour
• Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Receive and verify all inbound product shipments
• Identify proper warehouse storage locations for incoming goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Process material returns and track product expiration dates
• Work safely while keeping your workspace clean and organized

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and work comfortably on your feet
• Strong organizational skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in distribution, beverage manufacturing, or forklift operation is a plus
• A collaborative attitude and a willingness to support the warehouse team
