Order Fulfillment Associate - 2nd Shift ; Waunakee, WI

Sun Prairie, WI | $17.00–$18.00/hour

1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–approximately 5:30 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch
May need to stay as late as 6:30 PM depending on daily shipping needs
Starting pay: $17.00/hour

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Starting pay: $18.00/hour, including $1.00/hour shift differential

• Pull customer orders using an RF scanner
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Scan and verify products, quantities, and other order information
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Receive, stock, and put away inventory
• Perform inventory counts and replenishment
• Investigate misplaced inventory and report issues to a lead or supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
• Second shift requires flexibility and the ability to work in multiple areas of the warehouse, including pulling, packing, stocking, receiving, and inventory.
• First shift employees will also have opportunities to cross-train as workload allows.

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred; 3+ months is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs., frequently up to 50lbs
• Ability to work additional hours as business needs require

Indoor, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with moderate exposure to dust, dirt, heat, cold, or humidity.

Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.
