• Join an established practice seeking a collegial partner-Team consists of 7 physicians and 7 APPs!
• Full-time or Part-time FTE available- 36 patient contact hours per week for full-time (flexible with schedule to create a great work/life balance)
• EPIC EMR used throughout health system
• Income Details:Competitive Base Salary+ value based incentives
• Vacation:35 days
• CME:$4,500
