** Waupaca, WI.

* We are a rural family physician physician group with attached 25 bed critical access hospital seeking to add physicians to our group!
* Full scope - design your own practice, based on your preferred mix of outpatient and inpatient work, with opportunities for nursing home care of veterans at the Wisconsin Veteran’s Home in town.
No emergency department shifts are done by our group.
* Daytime hospitalist model staffed by family physicians
* Overnight and weekend call 1:11
* Clinic support staff include MAs, LPN and RNs, as well as a collaborative care psychiatric program in house, and ambulatory pharmacist.  Each physician has their own dedicated MA.
* Outpatient team includes 11 physicians and 15 APCs.
* System nurse triage for all overnight and weekend phone calls.
* Hospital support staff include CNAs, RNs, Pharmacist in house during the day 7 days a week (system pharmacist available at night), Respiratory Therapy in house 24 hours a day, Emergency Physician in house at all times, as well as dedicated Care Management team.
* On site speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy services for both inpatient and outpatient needs.
* Specialists such as Cardiology, Hem/Onc, Podiatry, Ortho/Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Psychiatry, etc all have outreach within the outpatient space

* This is an employed position with a flexible two-year salary guarantee based on a four or four and a half day work week.
