Froedtert Theda Care, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Waupaca, WI location. Practice Highlights:

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 6 physicians and 11 APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours: M-Th 7:00a-7:00p, F 7:00a-5:00p, S 8:00a-1:00p

Call Rotation: 1:11, Theda Care On Call, a nurse triage service, screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

• Income Details:
• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
• Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth

• 24-Hour Emergency Care - Board Certified Emergency Medicine Staff available 24/7, with close connections to Theda Star in the event of a transfer to a higher level care facility is necessary.
• Swing Bed Program available to meet the needs of patients who no longer require inpatient care, but are not ready to go home.
