- Join a community centered outpatient family practice group - Collaborative team that includes one Physician and two Advanced Practice Clinicians as well as 1:1 support staff - Clinic hours are 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday - Flexible scheduling to include a four or five day workweek - 24/7 internal Nurse Triage support resulting in minimal after hour calls - Call schedule is 1:22, phone call only = 1-2 weeks/year - Services onsite:
