• $1500 Sign On Bonus for Part-Time Resident Assistant
• $3000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time Resident Assistant
• Additional $500 Sign On Bonus for PM Shift Resident Assistant

• $16.00 per hour
• PM Shift Differential $0.50 / hour
• NOC Shift Differential $1.00 / hour
• Weekend Shift Differential $1.50 / per hour

• Perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies.
• Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing).
• Respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action.
• Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required.
• Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required.
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary.
• Fill in for open shifts as necessary.
• Perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care).
• Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms.
• Perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.).
