This position is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and minor troubleshooting of CNC machines/robots/material handling systems and for quality checks, 6S, and exceeding safety expectations. The role covers the 3rd shift.

• Maintain a safe and organized workplace.
• Confirm quality requirements of machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Understand CMM reports.
• Operate high‑end CNC equipment and perform offset adjustments as needed.
• Replace/setup cutting tools periodically.
• Perform routine maintenance checks (TPM).
• Clean machines, internal and external.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues.
• Read blueprints and apply metric system knowledge.
• Move material using electric pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of safety, quality, and production issues.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Machining Associates degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience operating a CNC machine.

• Use forklifts, cranes, electrical pallet jacks, etc.
• Robot experience.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CNC methodology.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb, etc. throughout a shift.
