Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Waupaca, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet industry standards.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.

Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.

Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

You should be proficient in:

GD&TBachelor's Degree Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
AS9102

ITAR Compliance Supervisory Experience Quality Control Experience ISO 9001 Certification Experience Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
