Responsibilities

Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.

Assist customers with loading bags into their cars and remove merchandise from bascarts for checkout.

Perform basic shelf conditioning, return merchandise to shelves, and gather bascarts.

Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including cleaning spills and trash collection.

Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.

Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.

Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing support.

Follow all legal and company guidelines, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Retail experience is a plus but not required
