Community Day Site Manager Job Highlights
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience working with people with disabilities or in a nursing home or health care facility
- Experience overseeing activity services and programming beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Develop, provide, and coordinate daily activities for adults, including daily living skills, leisure, recreational, educational, and prevocational activities
- Possess knowledge of varying disabilities and their impact on functional and learning capabilities
- Ability to work independently and creatively, problem‑solve as needs arise for individuals and staff that you support
- Possesses ability to break tasks down to achievable components
- Ability to perform case management duties
- Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals
- Evaluate the performance of adults with disabilities to make recommendations concerning goals and objectives
- Monitor individuals assigned and address needs, behaviors, and personal care requirements
- This position requires a company email address and an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi‑factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
