A growing manufacturing operation with a close-knit culture is seeking a Controller to lead its financial function and help drive business performance. • The Controller will oversee general ledger management, month-end close, and financial statement preparation and review
• Lead cost accounting efforts, including standard costing and inventory analysis
• Own FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations and HR to analyze business performance and support strategic decisions
• Manage cash flow and support investment planning
• Coordinate with corporate finance on intercompany transactions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance
• Strong background in costing, analytics, and inventory management
• Experience with cash flow management and presenting financial insights to senior leadership
• The ideal Controller will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of the finance function
• A successful Controller in this role will be comfortable working across departments and driving process improvement

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
