• Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulating, transferring, turning and positioning.
• Assist nurses with vital signs, weight, intake/output charting.
• Maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents.
• Complete resident care records in a timely, legible manner; report changes to supervising nurse.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities per therapy staff instructions.
• Promote resident independence and self‑care to the greatest extent possible.
• Adhere to local, state, federal guidelines and facility protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Independent and collaborative work style.
• Basic computer use for charting and documentation.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but new CNAs welcome.
