Inventory Specialist

Position Title:

Inventory Specialist Wage: $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

7:00am - 3:00pm at a company in West Bend, WI.

• Receive and Restock physical product into vending machines and vendor managed inventory areas
• Retrieve product bins from storage and deliver them to the appropriate production stations in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Ensure products are accurately labeled and properly organized in bins
• Safely lift and transport bins weighing 10-40 lbs, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with production team members to maintain workflow and reduce downtime
• Keep storage areas and workstations clean and organized
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed
• Work within our vending portal and procurement system to create quotes, place orders, expedite orders, and look up lead times for orders

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to frequently lift and move 10-40 lb bins throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with inventory management is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to regularly lift and carry bins (10-40 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment
