• Configure and operate specialized converting machinery, including pouchers, slitters, and laminators, to meet daily production targets.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal output and adherence to strict quality control specifications.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and minor adjustments to minimize downtime and maximize machine longevity.
• Interpret complex operational documentation and utilize machine interfaces to execute precise production runs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant workspace, strictly adhering to all food safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality control and material handling teams to ensure seamless production workflows.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in machine setup and operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Prior experience with flexible packaging equipment such as Nishibe, Sun Centre, Karlville, or Comexi systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and grow within a manufacturing career.
