The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store areas with hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores using personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and operate a vehicle.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry as needed.
