What You’ll Do- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, direct calls, assist callers, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance, collect copays, and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
- Assist with other administrative duties
- A high school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary education is a plus)
- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred
- A friendly, clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- A calm professional demeanor while balancing patient interactions and administrative tasks, even when it gets busy
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and office software
