Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

• Greet customers in a professional, welcoming manner and serve as their primary contact throughout the service experience
• Accurately write service repair orders and communicate maintenance and repair needs clearly
• Provide expert guidance on service, maintenance schedules, and recommended repairs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Keep customers updated on service status and explain work performed in a customer-friendly way
• Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
• Uphold Audi’s high standards of service and customer care

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting (luxury brand experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a five-star experience
